The Zorn hail protection systems were tested on our demonstration plant by innovative producers and were constantly being further developed. By this und our longtime experience we can offer you a customized solution for your hail protection system.

In our product range we have a standard- and complete netting as well as single row cover. All our systems, framework and nets are high quality and a long-lasting.

The framework:

The base of our hail protection systems are build by the pillar framework, which is statically secured by wire ropes and ground anchors. Doing this we focus on high quality products, to offer you the necessary statics and greatest possible security. Be used are pillars of steel, wood or concrete in different variants and dimensions. Especially hail protection systems with steel pillars were proved in practice, because of their useful life of 30 years. By any material combinations we can adjust your orchard based on your request and needs.     

The net:

The actual protection function in the system takes over the hail net tissue. The net tissues consist of highly resilient threads, which we check for durability by continuous tests on our test orchards. Our hail nets offer maximum safety against hail and guarantee optimal lighting conditions, so that the cultures are not affected in their quality.
